Education & Training
Blue Ocean Mental Health was founded in 2023 in Los Angeles, California, to expand access to modern, compassionate psychiatric care delivered through virtual visits. The vision was simple: make mental healthcare convenient, personalized, and stigma-free for adults who need support in a fast-moving world.
Our mission is to help people reclaim their lives, build emotional resilience, and feel confident in their future. We strive to improve mental wellness through evidence-based medicine and a supportive therapeutic relationship.
We believe every person deserves to feel heard. Our philosophy blends:
• Holistic evaluation — looking beyond symptoms into lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, and stress
• Collaborative treatment — patients are active partners in care
• Modern psychiatry — using medication only when needed and focusing on long-term wellness.
We provide personalized treatment plans, telehealth flexibility, and ongoing messaging support so patients never feel alone between appointments. Each care plan is tailored to lifestyle, culture, and individual goals.
Every day is unique. We meet people from all walks of life—supporting them through changes, celebrating progress, and adjusting treatment as they grow. No day is the same in mental health, and that keeps us inspired.
You are not just a diagnosis here. At Blue Ocean Mental Health, we take time to understand your story, your strengths, and what thriving means to you.
Watching patients regain joy in their daily lives—seeing someone smile again, return to school, rebuild relationships, or feel hopeful for the first time in years—is our greatest achievement. Every success story is a win we celebrate with them.
Compassionate. Collaborative. Uplifting.
We practice transparency in treatment, encourage honest communication, and provide a judgment-free space. Patients know they can speak openly and be treated with respect at every visit.
Having supported loved ones through anxiety and depression, our provider understands how mental illness affects both individuals and families. This personal insight drives our commitment to listen deeply and care wholeheartedly.
We participate in mental health awareness initiatives in the Los Angeles area and frequently share educational resources. Engaging with the community reminds us that improving mental health creates real impact beyond the clinic.
A passion for helping people heal from invisible struggles. We continue to be motivated by each person’s courage to seek help and the meaningful change that treatment can bring.
Currently developing mental health education materials and wellness-focused clinical content for patient and community education.
I am a member of:
• American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA)
• California Association for Nurse Practitioners (CANP)
Recognized for excellence in patient care, advocacy, and commitment to treatment accessibility within the telepsychiatry space.
We deliver truly personalized psychiatric care. Every patient receives a treatment plan built uniquely for them—based on their goals, their values, and their lived experiences. We take time to understand the full picture of who they are, not just the symptoms they are facing. By combining compassionate communication, thoughtful medication management, and supportive follow-up, we empower each person to move forward confidently, at their own pace.
